Therapy and Rehabilitation

The Center for Therapy and Rehabilitation Services offers world class care in the areas of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Our comprehensive program allows for patient centered care by caring professionals who are committed to providing a compassionate therapy experience.

All patients will be provided with an initial evaluation, an individualized treatment plan to address their functional deficits and a thorough program to ensure optimal outcomes. Patients will be instructed in all aspects of their care and will be provided with educational materials in a variety of formats to allow them autonomy in their care.
