About Jenny Ayala, M.D.

Jenny Ayala M.D., received her medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine in Saba, Netherland Antilles. She completed her Residency in Internal Medicine at Brookdale University Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, and her fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at NYU School of Medicine in NY where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She also completed the Einstein-Cardozo Bioethics Certificate Program at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Prior to joining Pascack Valley Medical Group, Dr. Ayala served as an attending in Hospital Medicine at Jacobi Medical Center, holding an academic appointment of Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine, Pain, and Palliative Care through the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She also served as the Medical Director for a hospice agency in the Bronx, followed by joining a hospitalist group in Westchester, NY. Dr. Ayala is board-certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
