She listens to every word and explains how she will handle my problem. She is my favorite doctor.

I saw the Dr for what felt like seconds while in the "recovery partition" following the procedure with very little explanation and no time for questions/discussion. She came in, made a comment and left. Also, the comment she made did not match the report. It was also very difficult to reach the Dr on the phone in the days following.
