Dr Heather Klavan listened to me about my concerns across various fields, was incredibly respectful, didn't rush or make me feel at all uncomfortable. I've had so many negative experienced in the past that I was terrified this would be the same, but she was so kind and considerate, and checked everything possible, that I know I will be getting the help I need, which after 6 years of illness is worth more than gold.

Dr. Klavan is amazing. The rest of the staff is very efficient and caring.

I was very sick to my stomach and stuck in the bathroom that morning. Dr. Klavan called me when I wasn't on the call and I explained to her what was going on. She then called me again and I was still having problems. She told me to log in if I was able and when I logged in we did my appointment. She was kind and patient.

Dr Klavan is excellent

This was my first meeting with this physician. I wish she could be my doctor for everything! She was not only very well informed, but was also very smart. She was energetic yet natural in all she said and was thinking about in order to help me heal. There was a lot of "smile" and lots of a natural way to talk with another human – you know, genuine smiles and/or serious concern. A mixture that encouraged me to open up to her. Absolutely fantastic!
