This was my first time here. I felt rushed and I felt as though Dr. Klavan really did not take the time to listen to me. Additionally, she did not ask me any questions about my history She didn't even ask me about prior surgeries, medications, or symptoms. She also had to look something up on her phone that I had asked her about. Not a very good first Impression.

Dr. Klavan is very supportive and answers questions thoroughly and listens attentively.

Doc was good at first pre-procedure visit, explained procedure and addressed my concerns. However, in the procedure room I didn't have much time (awake) with doc. She asked if I was nervous and when I responded "Yes, very." She said "We are going to take good care of you" which made me feel a little better. The next time I saw her was in recovery.

Dr Klavan answered all my questions. She quickly set me up with an advanced gastroenterologist and explained why that was necessary. She was thorough and supportive.

I have already recommended Dr. Heather Klavan to three friends. She was knowledgeable, kind, a good listener, showed genuine concern for my medical issues, and gave me an adequate amount of time without ever glancing at her watch.
