Felt like a number and a time clock was started when I walked through the door so they could move on to the next person. I know I'm healthy but still..a wait one year to see my practitioner - give me the decency to not make me feel rushed.

This provider does not smile, looks very unhappy, almost angry that she had to be there. She doesn't seem like she enjoys her profession. She showed minimal care to me as a patient and rushed everything she did at the visit. I felt she wanted me out of the office as quickly as possible. I hesitated to return to her from my previous experience but I wanted to give her a chance. Very disappointing.

As a first time patient who voiced that I hadn't had a physical in over 2 years, I expected that the NP would have spent more time talking to me . I was in and out of the office in under 45 minutes and that was with blood work.

Nurse Practitioner Staunton was very professional and helpful. I found her to be very knowledgeable about how to address my issues. I enjoyed the fact that she thought outside the box in helping me. Not like most professionals who are traditional and not very helpful.
