Saira Sheikh, M.D., is an internal medicine physician, dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She provides a wide range of services including primary care, preventive medicine, weight loss management, and chronic disease management. With a special interest in integrative, alternative, and lifestyle medicine, Dr. Sheikh takes a holistic approach to healthcare—placing emphasis on the connection between mind, body, and nutrition. She is fluent in Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, enabling her to serve a diverse patient population with compassion and understanding.

Dr. Sheikh earned her medical degree from Ziauddin Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, followed by an internship at Ziauddin Medical University Hospital. She completed her internal medicine residency at Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center, where she also participated in several research presentations and case studies. Her academic and clinical experiences have shaped her well-rounded, evidence-based approach to medicine.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Sheikh enjoys spending quality time with her two sons. These moments of connection and relaxation help her recharge and bring balance to her life, allowing her to be fully present for her patients.
