Pascack Valley Medical Center strives to provide exceptional care for our patients and in those efforts, we work to keep not only the individual healthy but promote the well-being of our entire community collectively. We do this by providing access to high-quality health education programs and resources which are essential for healthy communities.
Our efforts include education, screening for prevention, physical referrals, and wellness programs. Pascack Valley aims to enhance the well-being of all we serve.
Pascack Valley Medical Center is dedicated to ensuring our community and patients have access to quality care. A Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is a systematic, data-driven approach to determining the health status, behaviors, and needs of residents. A Community Health Needs Assessment provides information so that communities may identify issues of greatest concern and decide to commit resources to those areas, thereby making the greatest possible impact on community health status.
