Emotional Effects of Being a Caregiver

Caregivers provide social, emotional, and physical support to aging, ill or disabled family members or loved ones, taking time from their own lives to care for someone else. Each day can present new changes and challenges that require a caregiver to perform duties they are most likely not trained for.
