CT Calcium Scoring

Take a test to check your risk for heart disease with a CT Calcium Scoring scan for just $99. This offer is discounted from regular prices that are $250 or more.

Even though you may not have any symptoms, a CT Calcium Scoring scan can help detect calcium-containing plaque in your arteries, which can cause a heart attack.

What is a CT Calcium Scoring Scan?

A CT Calcium Scoring Test is a low-dose radiation screening done to measure the amount of calcium in the heart's arteries. This test is helpful for those who have a risk for developing heart disease.

What do the results mean?

You will receive a number score showing the amount of calcium in your arteries. The more calcium build-up in your arteries, the greater your risk of heart attack or stroke.

Amount of Calcium Risk of heart disease, heart attack or stroke
0 None
1-99 Mild
100-299 Moderate
300 or More Severe

Who should get this screening?

You should consider this screening if you are between the ages of 40-70. Other factors that are associated with an increased risk of heart disease include those who:

  • Have a family history of heart disease
  • Are active smokers and those who have quit smoking
  • Have a history of high cholesterol, diabetes, or high blood pressure
  • Are overweight
  • Have an inactive lifestyle
