Great Dr - really listens and provides thorough explanations

Very good at assessing the issue

I always appreciate Dr Flanzman, but I wish she had more advice than just sending me to an orthopedist. They took blood, but it didn't really tell me anything. I am still having my problem, but there is no more investigation on Dr Flanzman's behalf. It is worrisome to me, and now I feel like I am on my own in figuring out what my issue is.

This doctor uses a standing desk when she's discussing your issues. No eye contact; you can't see any facial expressions. Very odd; I don't like talking to her stomach.

Why I return to her. Otherwise I'd find another physician.

The provider did not ask my many questions before launching into speeches. If she had asked about my past and experiences, we could have saved time because I already knew much of what she was telling me.

Dr. Flanzman is THE BEST. This is why I put up with the frustrations of dealing with the admin aspects of this practice. She listens, she problem-solves with me, she takes my concerns into account. I feel like it's a collaborative process and I trust her to guide me.
